Animal Hybrids

We've all seen the real-life animal hybrids: the mule (horse + donkey), the liger (tiger + lion) and the pizzly bear (polar bear + grizzly bear). And we're familiar with the mythological hybrids: griffon (lion + eagle), pegasus (horse + bird), and the mermaid (human + fish).

We will have nothing to do with those.

This challenge is to take us into territory man has not ventured. This week you are to play god. Come up with some sort of animal hybrid no one has ever seen, be it majestic, practical, or just plain wrong.
